Nicholas
qualified at a City law firm where he remained, conducting a wide
portfolio of commercial litigation before moving inhouse first to
Standard Chartered as a Legal Manager based in India for a number
of years and thereafter Eagle Star Insurance Company as a Senior
Counsel specialising in litigation. He specialises in insurance,
construction and intellectual property and general commercial disputes.

Rocco
qualified both as an Italian Avvocato and English Solicitor. He
studied law and did his early training in Italy. After postgraduate
studies at the Catholic University of Milan in commercial law, he
also obtained an LLM from the London School of Economics in International
Business Law. He then joined a City law firm as an Associate, specialising
in commercial work with an Italian aspect. He advises upon Italian
and English law on commercial and banking agreements, trusts and
the acquisition of companies and business assets. Rocco lectures
extensively on a broad range of commercial legal topics and writes
for both Italian and international publications.

Dimitri
qualified at a City law firm where he was involved in high-profile
contentious Italian and international matters. He then joined another
City firm where, as a Partner, he assisted in founding the firm's
Italian group. He acts for overseas clients and advises on a wide
range of matters, particularly in the fields of banking and insurance
litigation, construction disputes, general commercial and contractual
litigation. He also acts for a number of liquidators, both in domestic
and international matters.

A
graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cambridge University, Domenic was
called to the Bar in March 1977 and practised as a barrister in
Grays Inn. He then qualified as a solicitor and joined the banking
department of a City law firm. He then moved and became a Partner
at another City law firm where he acted for a wide range of substantial
and international commercial clients. He advises on international
commercial transactions and contractual, property and tax matters.
Domenic is the author of a number of articles on cross-border legal
issues and frequently lectures abroad.

Fionnuala
joined Pini Bingham & Partners from City firm Hammonds in November
2004 as head of our Real Estate department. Fionnuala's specialism
involves all aspects of commercial property, in particular commercial
landlord and tenant and property development. Fionnuala's work includes
acting on behalf of a number of well known Italian retailers, investors
and government bodies in transactions involving high value retail
and office leases in prestigious locations around the City of London.
Fionnuala is an experienced negotiator of development, highway and
utility agreements, and acts on behalf of several foreign investors
in relation to corporate acquisitions and disposals. Fionnuala also
has specialist experience in the railway privatisation sector. |

Sandro
became the firm's first trainee solicitor before qualifying with
us in July 2000. He was made a Partner in July 2004. Sandro specialises
in general company commerical work, often with a cross-border element,
with particular emphasis on setting up new businesses, joint ventures/shareholders
agreements and the purchase and sale of private companies. He regularly
advises foreign multinational corporations on their UK operations
and acts for a number of leading names in the fashion industry.
Sandro is also the Partner responsible for our employment law department.

Nello
is qualified both as an Italian Avvocato and English solicitor.
Nello practices as a commercial lawyer specialising in a wide range
of cross border transactions. Nello lectures at University College
London and at Oxford University at the Institute of European and
Comparative Law. He is a fellow of the British Institute of International
Corporate Law and is the representative for England of the Italian
Bar Council. Nello is a Commander of the Order of Saint Gregory
the Great and a Knight Officer of the Order of Merit of the Republic
of Italy.

Having
amassed 15 years international commerical experience primarily in
the media and pharmaceutical sectors, involving latterly the management
of a number of substantial legal claims, Guy decided to refocus
his career and to qualify as a solicitor. He undertook his training
with Pini Bingham & Partners and qualified with the firm. His
broad business experience allows him to bring a mature eye to all
aspects of commerical civil litigation. |

Monica
graduated in Law in Italy in 2001, also obtaining a Diploma in Legal
Studies from King's College, London. She has worked as a trainee
lawyer in Belgium, gaining experience in criminal law. She concluded
her training period in Italy, specialising in civil and commerical
matters. She moved to London in January 2004 and since then she
has been working at Pini Bingham & Partners as a paralegal. |

Francesco is a qualified Italian Avvocato. He studied law at the University of Padova and completed his training in Italy. He built up significant experience in Italian litigation and commercial law. He joined the Italian department of Pini Bingham & Partners in January 2004.
